By downloading, installing, or using Subscription Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Subscription Tracker is a mobile application that helps you track and manage your recurring subscriptions and payments. The app is available in two versions:
Free Plan
- Track up to 4 active subscriptions
- Basic tracking features
- Advertisement supported
Premium Plan
- Unlimited subscriptions
- Advanced analytics and insights
- Ad-free experience
- Priority support
Account and Data
User Accounts
- You may use the app anonymously (data stored locally on your device)
- You may optionally sign in with Google (data synced to cloud)
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
Data Accuracy
Important: You are responsible for the accuracy of subscription information you enter. We are not responsible for incorrect billing dates, amounts, or payment failures.
Premium Subscriptions
Billing
- Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing
- Prices: $2/month or $16/year (USD), ₺40/month or ₺320/year (TRY)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Cancellation
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time through Google Play. Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of premium subscriptions.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse or exploit app features for unintended purposes
Intellectual Property
- Subscription Tracker and all content are owned by KALENG
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
- App logo, design, and branding are protected by copyright
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of payment calculations or currency conversions
- Prevention of data loss or security breaches
Limitation of Liability
KALENG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Missed payments or late fees due to app notifications
- Financial losses from incorrect subscription tracking
- Data loss or corruption
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- Modify or discontinue the app at any time
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
